One Day Reset Retreat

Little Cedar Lake, Wisconsin

August 9, 2025

10:30 AM – 5:30 PM

This isn’t just a relaxing retreat experience, it’s a full-system soul reboot.

Why This Retreat?

If your nervous system feels fried, your intuition’s gone quiet, and your energy is stretched across too many things. This is your reset button.

And you can do it with a rare opportunity to work with intuitive healer Nia Tracey
live, in person, for the very first time in Wisconsin.

The Reset Retreat is a one-day, soul-centered experience for high-functioning women who are done running on empty and ready for something deeper.

Set lakeside at a private home on Little Cedar Lake in West Bend, this intimate retreat blends yoga, Akashic journeywork, sound healing, and nature to bring you back to your center.

Nia is a rare kind of guide. The kind who sees beyond the surface and helps you remember who you truly are. Through her mastery of energy work, intuitive insight, and the Akashic Records, she creates powerful openings—clearings—for truth, healing, and peace to come through.

This is your chance to experience her work in person. In real time. In sacred space.

You’ll move, reflect, release, and reconnect.

And you’ll leave feeling grounded, energized, and clear.

Expect To Leave This Retreat Feeling…

  • Rebooted and reconnected to your truth

  • Physically lighter and emotionally clear

  • Aligned with your intuition and inner compass

  • Ready to lead your life from peace, not pressure

  • You’ve done yoga or spiritual work before, but want a deeper drop-in

  • You don’t want another wellness trend—you want something that sticks

You don’t need to have it all figured out—or even call yourself “spiritual.”

You just need to feel the nudge that it’s time.

And be willing to follow it.

  • Nia Tracey

✧ Your Guest Healer & Soul Guide

Nia is a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage, an Akashic Records Teacher, and has been trained in and offers many other powerful healing modalities. Over the past two decades, she’s taught thousands in Reiki, the Akashic Records, and intuitive healing—blending ancient wisdom with modern soul work.

What makes Nia’s presence unforgettable is her gentle strength. She stays grounded, attuned, and deeply present—able to channel profound insights that unlock healing in others. Her work is mystical yet practical, emotional yet energetic, soft yet powerfully catalytic.

At every retreat she leads, Nia creates a sacred container for transformation. Her intention is simple but profound: to help you feel safe enough to open, powerful enough to rise, and supported enough to truly come home to yourself.
