The “Life After” Retreat

Sedona, AZ

July 23-27, 2026

If you are a woman intentional about your spiritual growth and ready to embody your next level, join us in Sedona for the “Life After” Retreat.

Why This Retreat?

You are not new to growth. You’ve done therapy. Coaching. Healing. Training.
You’ve evolved.

But you know there is always another layer. And this experience will be a meaningful step forward.

The “Life After” Retreat is a 5-day intentional immersion in Sedona designed to move you through a clear arc: Healing → Clearing → Integration → Rebirth

Each day builds on the previous. Nothing is random. Everything is intentional.

This is our third retreat together. The container is proven. The depth is real. The support is steady.

You will not leave the same.

Not because you became someone new.

Because you became more fully you.

What we have planned will leave a clear “before and after” effect on your life.

By the End of This Retreat, You Will…

Reclaim Lost Parts of Yourself – Through guided inner child healing and Akashic work, welcome home the pieces that learned to adapt early.

Clear Inherited & Karmic Patterns – Release ancestral, past-life, or energetic imprints that quietly influence your present.

Experience Full Self Cohesion – End internal fragmentation. Integrate the woman you’ve been becoming.

Mark a Conscious Rebirth – Through earth, wind, fire, and water ceremonies, step into your “Life After” moment with clarity and wholeness.

What’s Included

Itinerary

Day 1

  • Arrive at the beautiful Wilde Resort and settle into the space that will hold our retreat together. We’ll begin with a relaxed welcome gathering where you can meet the other women, enjoy light refreshments, and start shifting out of daily life and into retreat mode.

  • Our retreat begins with an intentional opening ceremony to set the energetic container for the days ahead. Through guided reflection and group connection, we’ll clarify personal intentions and begin the journey together in a grounded, supportive circle. Nia will also access the Akashic Records to both bless our time together as well as receive direction and messages that are available for us.

Day 2

  • Horses have an extraordinary ability to mirror what is happening beneath the surface. During this guided equine experience, you’ll explore presence, boundaries, and authentic leadership in a way that is often surprisingly powerful. This work invites deeper self awareness and emotional clarity in a gentle, experiential way.

  • A nourishing brunch at the resort gives you time to integrate the morning experience, connect with the group, and enjoy the relaxed pace of retreat life.

  • Many of us have already explored inner child work. In this session we go deeper. Through guided Akashic work, you will reconnect with earlier parts of yourself that may still hold emotional patterns, protective strategies, or untapped wisdom. This process helps bring compassion, understanding, and greater wholeness to your current life path.

  • A beautiful group dinner with time for relaxed conversation, laughter, and connection.

  • The day closes with a guided integration circle where we reflect on the insights that surfaced and allow them to settle more deeply. You’ll also have journaling prompts to help capture the clarity that often emerges during retreat work.

Day 3

  • We begin the day visiting one of Sedona’s famous vortex sites. These natural energetic centers have long been known for supporting clarity, release, and personal insight. Through guided meditation and quiet reflection in nature, you’ll have space to listen to your own inner guidance.

  • Return to the resort for a relaxed brunch and time to share reflections or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

  • In this guided session, we explore deeper layers of your personal story. Whether through past life regression or ancestral healing, the intention is to uncover patterns, insights, or energetic threads that may be influencing your present experience. Many participants find this work brings surprising clarity and release.

  • We’ll go off property for the night to our favorite local Mexican restaurant that has become a staple of our retreat experience.

  • Fire has long symbolized transformation and release. In this evening ceremony we gather under the Sedona sky to let go of what no longer serves and consciously make space for what is ready to emerge in your next chapter.

Day 4

  • This is an incredible place where it’s thought Native American women went to have babies. The trail is generally flat and easy, but there are a few rocky steps at the end that feel like a scramble. We will enjoy beautiful views of Sedona from inside the cave. The hike is about an hour round trip.

  • This practice focuses on bringing all parts of yourself into greater alignment. Through guided Akashic work, we explore how past experiences, identities, and soul-level themes integrate into the person you are becoming. You’ll experience a profound sense of clarity and internal coherence during this session.

  • At one of Sedona’s beautiful creeks, Oak Creek, we will participate in a gentle purification ceremony. Water has long been used across traditions as a symbol of renewal. This ritual invites emotional clearing, grounding, and reconnection with the natural world.

  • Our final evening together is dedicated to honoring the journey we have shared. Through reflection, celebration, and intention setting, we close the retreat container while helping you carry the insights and momentum back into your life.

Day 5

  • A relaxed final breakfast together to connect, reflect, and savor the final moments of retreat.

  • We’ll visit Sedona’s most trusted crystal and gemstone shops with guidance from Nia, who has deep knowledge of the energetic properties of stones. She helps you choose pieces that align with your personal intentions so you leave with meaningful reminders of your retreat experience.

Note: Itineraries are thoughtfully planned but subject to change based on weather, availability, and the natural flow of the retreat. Rest assured, any adjustments will be made to enhance your experience and maintain the retreat’s transformative essence.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • July in Sedona is warm and sunny, with average daytime highs around 94–98°F and early morning lows typically in the mid to upper 60s. We chose these dates intentionally. There are fewer crowds, better room rates, and a more intimate overall experience. All outdoor activities are scheduled in the early morning when temperatures are coolest and the red rocks are at their most beautiful. Afternoons are reserved for indoor sessions, integration time, spa, or rest at The Wilde. Sedona’s dry heat feels very different from humid climates and is part of the magic of summer in the desert.

  • The closest major airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX), a little over 2 hours from Sedona by car. Most guests choose to rent a car so they can enjoy the scenic drive and have flexibility during the retreat. We plan to begin around 5:30 PM on Thursday, so be sure your flight arrives in Phoenix no later than 2 PM to allow time to travel and settle in.

If you prefer not to drive, Groome Transportation is a popular shuttle service that runs daily between Phoenix and Sedona. You can reach them at 928-350-8466.

  • You’re not alone! Many guests come solo, and our retreats are intentionally designed to create instant community. Within the first 24 hours, you’ll feel like you’ve known these people for years.

  • No. Come as you are. Whether you’re deeply on your path or just curious, you’ll be met with warmth and zero judgment. Everything we offer is invitational—not required.

  • A bit of both. There’s a powerful flow to each day, but plenty of space to breathe, nap, reflect, or connect. You’ll be held and guided, not rushed.

  • We intentionally design the retreat with spacious time built into each day. Personal growth work can be powerful, and having room to rest, reflect, and integrate is just as important as the sessions themselves.

During your free time, you may choose to relax at the beautiful Wilde Resort & Spa. The on-site spa offers exceptional treatments from gifted practitioners, many of which highlight local ingredients and healing traditions inspired by the Sedona landscape.

You can also enjoy the resort’s gorgeous pool, peaceful outdoor lounges, and stunning red rock surroundings. Whether you choose a massage, a quiet moment by the pool, or simply time to reflect and journal, this retreat allows you to move at a pace that supports your own process.

In the meantime, here are a few essentials to plan for:

    • Layers – Sedona in July will be warm - between 90 and 95 degrees. It’s desert heat and dry. And it can cool down quite a bit at night. Our outdoor activities are planned for the mornings huring the coolest parts of the day.

    • Sunglasses + Sunscreen – You’ll be outdoors often.

    • Reusable Water Bottle – Hydration is key in the high desert.

    • Comfortable Walking Shoes – For light hiking and sacred site visits.

    • Swimsuit – For pool time and swimming at the creek.

    • Journal + Pen – You’ll want to capture insights and reflections.

  • We’ll wrap up around noon. It takes about 2 hours to get to the airport (without traffic), so try to book flights that leave after 4 PM if you can.

  • Rest assured, our hikes are mild and mostly flat terrain. There are rocky sections and good hiking shoes are recommended. We will have your comfort in mind at all times and will make sure to take a pace that is inclusive of everyone’s level.

  • We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your retreat investment in case of cancellations, illness, or travel delays. Some trusted providers to explore:

    • Allianz

    • Travelex

    • World Nomads

    • Travel Guard (AIG)
