Sedona Retreat
October 16-20, 2025
Ready to remember who you are—beneath the noise, the pressure, the to-do list?
Why This Retreat?
You already know the power of intentional space.
Whether you’re feeling stretched thin—or simply know it’s time to recharge—or you are stuck — this retreat is your invitation to come home to yourself. To pause. To refill your cup. To remember how powerful you are when you’re aligned.
Turn Your Shine On is a 5-day soul immersion in magical Sedona designed to help you clear the noise, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and tend to the parts of you that don’t always get airtime.
You’ll be guided through healing practices like shamanic journeying, intuitive movement, angelic energy work, sound, ceremony, and wolf medicine. Through the land, the community, the stillness, and energy only Sedona can offer—you’ll remember.
What it feels like to rest. What it feels like to be seen.
What it feels like to truly shine again.
Because this isn’t indulgence. It’s soul hygiene.
And you know how good it feels when you make time for it.
By the End of This Retreat, You Will…
Restore Clarity & Direction – Reconnect with your inner knowing and get clear on what truly matters and where to go next.
Reconnect with Yourself – Feel more like you again through healing practices, connection, and sacred time away.
Release Emotional Weight – Finally let go of what’s no longer yours to carry—mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Experience Soulful Nourishment – Be surrounded by nature, ceremony, community, and energy healing that fills you up and refuels your spirit.
Who This Is For
Burned out from carrying too much for too long
Longing to reconnect with their inner voice and intuition
Craving clarity, peace, and a sense of grounded direction
Ready to release old patterns and step into something new
Curious about energy healing, ceremony, and deeper layers of transformation
Open to unique spiritual experiences you can’t find just anywhere (hello, Sedona)
In need of soulful maintenance, a tune-up for the nervous system and spirit
Willing to show up with an open heart and leave lighter, freer, and more rooted
You don’t need to have it all figured out—or even call yourself “spiritual.”
You just need to feel the nudge that it’s time.
And be willing to follow it.
