Friday, September 18 - Reiki I Attunement & Training

This is where it starts for so many people, the moment you become a channel for Reiki. This is the foundational attunement and you'll leave with the ability to give Reiki to yourself, to others, and to begin building a relationship with this energy that will stay with you for life.
Small, in-home setting. No rush. Room to actually receive the attunement instead of just checking a box.

Saturday, September 19 - Breath + Bowls + Akashic Records Reading
A collaboration with Greyson & Nia - 1:00–5:00pm ·Kuya Wellness
We start with breath, because breath is the fastest way back into a body. Conscious connected breathing doesn't ask you to think your way anywhere. It just asks you to breathe, fully, on purpose, until whatever's been sitting underneath the noise starts to move on its own. You don't even have to know what you're releasing. Your body already does.
From there we move into the Akashic Records, an infinite field of divine wisdom, healing energy, and unconditional love. You'll receive channeled group guidance on how best to move in a world that was created through separation and fear; how to help bring about the union we are destined to move into. Then you'll be able to ask your questions of the Akasha, whatever is on your heart to know and be guided in. Next, you'll be taken on an Akashic journey to your very own Akashic healing room, to meet and share with your guides and angels and receive all they have to offer you. .
We will then let the Crystal Alchemy bowls take over and everything you just opened gets to settle back into your body instead of staying up in your head as an idea. Cradled in the gentle vibrations we’ll let the sound do what words can't.
Breath opens you. The Records meet you. Sound integrates it all.

Meet Your Facilitators
Greyson- Greyson Kirby is a practitioner of the Sacred Arts for over 14 years. Her journey began with a reiki attunement in Chicago with Nia Tracey and has led through a number of modalities and lineages including astrology, akashic records reading, anointing with precious oils and sound healing. She is a Priestess devoted to truth, integrity and quality. Greyson will offer sound healing with her Crystal Alchemy bowls and weave in breathwork as a part of this collaboration.
Nia - Nia Tracey Ostrand has practiced the sacred arts for 20 years. Her path began with Reiki at 30 and has grown to include the Akashic Records, Theta Healing, InnerDance, and Earth Medicine. Before this work found her, she spent years modeling internationally, Milan, Tokyo, South Africa, New York, learning early what it means to be seen and not truly known. She now teaches the Akashic Records and guides women back to what is true and real in them, underneath the noise and the conditioning.
