Tracey's Healing Journey
Tracey Ostrand is an innate healer who has trained in many different healing modalities over the years to increase her knowledge of healing and self-expansion. With a compassionate heart she endeavors to guide her clients back into their place of power, into their knowing of who they truly are and what they are truly capable of. One of her greatest gifts is her first hand experience with childhood abuse and trauma which lead her on her own healing journey and which makes her such a great facilitator of healing today. She knows how full of pain we can sometimes feel and what it’s like to be separate from ourselves. And she knows how to find the way out of pain, back into ourselves and into the knowing of love and joy that is our birthright. One of her favorite forms of healing is not just giving Reiki but teaching Reiki. She is a certified Reiki Master and Teacher who loves to pass on this training because of the amazing power of transformation that is inherent in Reiki and it’s ability to empower.
Tracey’s healing journey also lead her to The Temple of Kriya where she became a certified yoga teacher and to Singing Man her ceremonial Grandfather who is an Arapaho elder and Ceremonial man. Singing Man taught her the ways of the Purification (Sweat) Lodge and the power of the Vision Quest. On her first Vision Quest a butterfly blessed her by laying its eggs on her which earned her the Native name of Butterfly Woman-she who transforms. Singing Man has given her medicine and his blessing so that she can facilitate healing in the traditional Native way.
She has also been trained by the gifted Christina Cross to read and work with the energy of the Akashic Records. Through the Akashic Records we can gain insight and love from our spiritual teachers and loved ones. Tracey is able to give reading and healings through the Akashic Records and also offers classes so that we can learn to connect directly with our own guides and learn to read the records ourselves. She has been attuned to Kuruna Reiki, Tera Mi Reiki, and All Love or SKHM. All love is a powerful energy that helps us move deeper into our heart center and that ignites everything that is not a match to the vibration of love to come bubbling to the surface so that it can transformed. She uses all these energies, different healing techniques, and help from her team of divine supporters to hold the space for transformation and true healing to occur.
